Flat Pack Ground Floor Delivery (Metro Areas): $69.95
Delivery Coverage
We can orchestrate deliveries of office furniture Australia wide. You can contact us for enquiries about delivery to specific locations.
We may not be able to deliver to some remote areas due to risk of damage
We cannot No delivery to PO boxes.
Upper Level / Floor Deliveries
We can deliver to any level if you have a goods lift or service elevator.
Contact us to discuss level access if using stairs.
Special Orders and Pickups
Contact us for special order enquiries or to confirm stock availability and times for pickup.
What happens if my shipment is delayed?
We will contact you in case of unexpected delays.
Will all items in my order be shipped together?
We try to consolidate items for one delivery but may need to split deliveries due to stock or location.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive tracking details and instructions prior to or once your order is shipped.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
All items must be Inspected for damage prior before signing, you must refuse delivery of any damaged items and contact Office Furniture Designs immediately.
Do you offer assembly and installation services?
Products are delivered flat-packed unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Assistance & Exclusions
Delivery Exclusions
Our standard delivery does not include carrying items inside, upstairs, or unpacking. Inspect your order upon delivery to confirm all products and parts are included.
Oversized & Heavy Items (20kg or more)
Drivers require assistance to unload oversized items from the vehicle. Contact cs@officefurnituredesign.com.au to arrange assisted delivery for a fee if no assistance is available.
Receipt of Delivery
All deliveries require signature of the recipient. Details will be left for missed deliveries; a re-delivery fee will apply.
